Sri Ch. Venkat Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, under the instructions of the petitioners - accused, addressed a letter dated 06.12.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Based on the aforesaid letter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal."

Hence, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 06.12.2018 shall form part of the record.
