Sree Sree Sree Digambara Yogini Avadhutha Mangamamba Devi Peetam v. The State Of Andra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29081 of 2018 ORDER:
Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in not disposing of the application dated 30.06.2016 submitted by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
The only grievance of the writ petitioner is that he made an application dated 30.06.2016 for granting of pattadar pass books and title deeds, which is pending for consideration before the 4th respondent.
Since the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29.10.2018 kvs
