HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22361 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in harassing the petitioners and their family members to settle the personal disputes in the police station by calling them to the police station at the instigation of the 6th respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of 6th respondent a case in Crime No.89/2018 was registered against the petitioners under Sections 417, 420, r/w.34 IPC, dated 29.06.2018; that petitioners are required in connection with the said crime for the purpose of investigation; and that they will follow due procedure as contemplated under law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
