Heard Mr.K.Giridhar Raju for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Aggrieved by the order dated 22.03.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner filed revision along with interlocutory application before the 2nd respondent and the same are pending. Now the grievance of petitioner is that neither the interlocutory application nor the revision is taken up for hearing. Hence, the writ petition.
The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the interlocutory application filed by petitioner within a reasonable period. The statement is placed on record.
The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the interlocutory application filed by petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
