THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.22415 OF 2018

O R D E R

Petitioner is a firm and it is being represented by its managing partner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though it made representation dated 30.05.2018 to the 2nd respondent - Bank to consider its claim for one time settlement of loan amount, without considering and passing any orders, coercive steps are being taken for recovery of the amount. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri K.Lakshman, Assistant Solicitor General, takes notice for the 1st respondent.

Smt.D.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the 2nd respondents, seeks time for instructions. She submits that petitioner was orally informed about the amount to be paid under 'one time settlement scheme', but it has not come forward.

The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - Bank, is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As the application of the petitioner dated 30.05.2018 for 'one time settlement scheme' is stated to be pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ---------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:04-07-2018 avs
