HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16264 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Crime No. 272 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Section 307 IPC. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.11.2016, the learned Additional Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State has produced a copy of Medico Legal Record pertaining to the de facto complainant, which shows that the victim has received grievous injury caused by the petitioner with knife. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner/Accused, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed.
