This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.337 of 2017 from the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, to try along with D.V.C.No.8 of 2017. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
