When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the interlocutory order passed by this Court and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
