Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 31.08.2015 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
