HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION NO. 34882 OF 2012 O R D E R :

The petitioner complains against the action of the respondents in rejecting the candidature of the petitioner for admission into Engineering course for the academic year 2012-13 as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. None appears for petitioner and learned standing counsel submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive with the passage of time.

3. I have seen the material on record and that the grievance specifically relates to the academic year commencing from 201213. I am of the view that with the passage of time the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

4. The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
