Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') passed interim order, dated 01.09.2015, which reads as under:
"In view of the above facts and circumstances, pending disposal of the OA by way of interim relief, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of Mandal Parishad Development Officer/Divisional Panchayat Officer subject to eligibility, seniority, fitness and in case, comes within the zone of consideration and in accordance with the rules and the law governing the subject, without reference to the impugned proceedings No.246/CPR&RE/E2/2014, dated 04.05.2015 of the 1st respondent."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the Tribunal order dated 01.09.2015 has been complied or not by the respondent authorities; and further submits that if the case of the petitioner is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that if the case of petitioner is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner case in terms of Tribunal order dated 01.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR)

is disposed of directing respondent authorities to consider the petitioner case in terms of the Tribunal order dated 01.09.2015, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
