On 01.08.2017, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner reported that he has no instructions in the matter and therefore, the matter is directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner, both in the morning and in the evening.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
