This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.228 of 2013, against the petitioner, who is the accused, on the file of the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 384, 511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 25.10.2018 stating that the case is referred as Lack of Evidence on 18.03.2015 as per the proceedings of ACP, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad City.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
