HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25618 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 pending in O.S. No.183 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Zaheerabad, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on telephonic instructions submits that based on the complaint of 3rd respondent, a case has been registered in the 2nd respondent police station and the tractors (2 nos.) which are involved in the said crime have been seized and produced before the Court.

Recording the above said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court to seek release of the above said vehicles, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition, except directing the authorities to investigate into the crime registered in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
