THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11437 of 2007 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 18.01.2017 and 19.01.2017, the matter was listed to 25.01.2017 under the caption " for dismissal" . In spite of the matter being posted under the caption " for dismissal" , there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
