THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.C.C.A.No.171 OF 2002 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 18.03.2002, rendered in O.S.No.106 of 1998 by the VII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

During pendency of this appeal, at the request of the parties, the matter was referred to A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee for settlement before the High Court Lok Adalat and accordingly, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad and a compromise has been recorded therein by Award, dated 19.04.2010, which is placed before this Court.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award, dated 19.04.2010, passed by the Lok Adalat. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. No costs.
