ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents have not renewed the petitioner's kerosene hawker's license. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court on 13.03.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.6696 of 2009, the petitioner's kerosene hawker's license has been renewed and that therefore, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
