THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9206 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent - Advocate Commissioner/defacto complainant of Crime No.350 of of P.S.

Muvvalavanipalem of Visakhapatnam District.

The allegation is for the offences under sections 341, 224 r/w 34 IPC and undisputedly, both offences are bailable. 3.

Having regard to the above, there shall be stay of arrest of the petitioners pending investigation, however, the investigation shall go on. Needless to say, pending investigation, the police can secure the presence of the petitioners whenever required and they shall appear. 4.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of, by left open all defenses.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
