THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.603 OF 2017 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ wife under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, to the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram, East Godavari District.

Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived at by the parties, H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Rajahmundry. The learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, shall transmit the record to the Family Court, Rajahmundry, immediately. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Rajahmundry, on 11.12.2017 without expecting any notices.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is partly allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
