Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23191 of 2017, dated 24.10.2017, and a copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper. Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the Respondent Municipality to accept and process the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of the Memo No.2252/ M1/ 2017 dated 28.04.2017 issued by the 1st respondent and pass appropriate orders, as per law. No order as to costs.
