O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the authorization issued by the District Supply Officer (City), Hyderabad vide No.B1/321/DSO/2017 dated 26.09.2017 to the fair price shop of the petitioner is valid up to 31.03.2021, the respondents are not releasing the essential commodities. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 / competent authority, to release the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner as long as the authorization granted by the District Supply Officer (City), Hyderabad, referred to above, is valid, and is in subsistence. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
