HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.M.P.NO.6235 OF 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.6336 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.126 of 2015 of Kothur Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 323 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents.

Pending the Criminal Petition, the de facto complainant filed Crl.MP.No.6235 of 2015 seeking permission of the Court to compound the offence.

The accused and the 1st respondent/de facto complainant are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They filed joint compromise memo along with affidavit of the de facto complainant stating that they amicably settled the matter outside the Court at the intervention of elders and well wishers. Hence, permission to be accorded to compound the offence.

Having regard to the said circumstances, the complainant is permitted to compound the offence with the accused pending criminal petition before this Court.

Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.6235 of 2015 is ordered and the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in crime No.126 of 2015 of Kothur Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District.
