THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 25552 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action on the part of the respondent Corporation in not finalizing and issuing Occupancy Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the fully constructed building in terms of the permit No.53347/HO/WZ/Cir-11/2016, dated 23.09.2017, in File No.69792/19/03/2016/HO, on the alleged ground that the subject land is part of C.S.No.14 of 1958.

Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that basing on the building permission dated 23.09.2017, petitioner has completed the building construction and made an application for grant of Occupancy Certificate and the same is assigned file No.1/C21/24057/2018-OC. As the same is not disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

Since the grievance is already before the concerned authority, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
