HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.24861 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have presented a conveyance deed before 3rd respondent for the purpose of registration but 3rd respondent has declined to receive the said document and process it for the purpose of registration.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will receive the document presented for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 within four weeks from the date of submission of the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to receive the document produced by the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register it, he shall pass a reasoned order thereon under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the

petitioner within four weeks from the date of submission of the document by the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
