HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25579 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the respondents 2 & 3 in issuing Lr.No.1/C16/03844/2019, dated 17.08.2019 rejecting the application of the petitioner for building permission.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 & 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed representation dated 03.09.2019 for reconsideration of the application, with regard to objection raised by the respondents and same is pending before the authorities. He submits that the said representation can be disposed of .

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2019 and take action in accordance with law, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.330, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (Plg.II(1) Department, dated 28.12.2017, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
