Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits and liberty may be given to his client to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law as and when a fresh cause of action arises. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 21.03.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
