THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.577 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 31.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.50382 of 2014 in W.P.No.40174 of 2014. By the said order, the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC), Hyderabad, was directed to take a decision in the matter adhering to the element of reasonableness and fairness, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the representatives of the petitioner society and the owners of the units concerned. The cause for filing this contempt case was that the TSIIC allegedly passed orders without giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties as directed by this Court.

The Commissioner, TSIIC, filed a counter-affidavit stating that the orders dated 27.01.2015, which were the cause for grievance, were subsequently withdrawn under letter dated 23.07.2015 issued by his office. Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the TSIIC, confirmed that all such orders which were issued without affording an opportunity of hearing as directed by this Court have been withdrawn. He further states that in terms of the said order, a fresh hearing would be given to all parties concerned and a decision would be taken in the matter, as directed.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the cause for the filing of this contempt case no longer survives.
