UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No. 11917 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Though this writ petition was filed assailing the action of the State Bank of India in proceeding against the petitioner in relation to its loan account under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we are now informed that negotiations and talks are in progress between the parties for an out of Court settlement.

If that be so, we find no reason to entertain this writ petition and adjudicate the same on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
