HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO Crl.R.C.No.1996 of 2015 ORDER:

The present Crl.R.C. is filed assailing the judgment, dated 03.6.2015, passed by the learned III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Crl.A.No.882 of 2013 confirming the judgment, dated 27.9.2013, passed by the learned XII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.210 of 2012, whereby the respondent herein was acquitted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Learned counsel for the petitioner circulated letter dated 29.8.2019, to the Registrar of this Court for listing of the Crl.R.C. to enable him to withdraw the same since the petitioner has given an affidavit intending to withdraw the Crl.R.C. The affidavit given by the petitioner is enclosed to the letter, dated 29.8.2019. On a perusal of the said affidavit, it is evident that the petitioner intends to withdraw the case.

In the light of the same, the Crl.R.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
