HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22405 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing of the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 6 of the A.P.Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 against the orders passed by the Special Deputy Collector, Tribal Welfare in LTR.Case No.136/2001/ENK, dated 04-07-2005 and confirmation orders passed by the Additional Agent to the Government at Bhadrachalam in CMA.No.12/2011, dated 31.03.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. Till disposal of the said revision, Status quo, obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding the subject property. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
