HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3348 of 2016 ORDER :

The revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 04.10.2016 in Crl.MP.No.78 of 2016 in F.C.M.C.No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool. Heard both sides at length and perused the material on record.

The lower Court by the impugned order awarded interim maintenance at Rs.8,000/ - p.m. and Rs.7,000/ - p.m. to respondents 1 and 2 herein respectively and this Court by order dated 03.01.2017 modified the same into Rs.4,000/ - p.m. and Rs.7,000/ - p.m.. Accordingly, the revision is disposed of confirming the aforesaid amounts of maintenance to respondents 1 and 2 herein as per the interim orders of this Court, without prejudice to the contest of both parties in the main M.C. Since, the main F.C.M.C.No.40 of 2015 is still pending, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the same, within three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The revision petitioner to pay all the arrears within two months from today.
