THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9219 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop dealer of B.Ramsagaram Village, Beluguppa Mandal, Anantapur District. The authorisation of the petitioner is valid upto 31.03.2016. In spite of the validity of the petitioner's authorisation when the essential commodities were not being distributed, the present writ petition was filed.

Even after four months, the learned Government Pleader was not instructed on the matter. In view of the same, this Court is constrained to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to supply essential commodities to the petitioner so long as the authorisation of the petitioner is valid and in force. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
