THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY APPEAL SUIT No.491 OF 1997 JUDGMENT:

Since Sri M. Lakshmana Sarma, learned counsel for the appellants, has already expired, this Court ordered notice to the appellants and, accordingly, the Registry sent notice, dated 30.06.2015, and receipt of the same is acknowledged by the appellants. However, none could have appeared, despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
