The petitioner has questioned the order passed by 3rd respondent dt.11.03.2016 before the 2nd respondent by way of Revision under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. The petitioner contends that he had also filed a stay application in the Revision, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any order in the stay application either. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the 2nd respondent will consider the Revision filed by petitioner against the order passed by 3rd respondent within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the Revision filed by petitioner against the order passed by 3rd respondent within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
4. Pending disposal of the said Revision, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order dt.11.03.2016 passed by 3rd respondent.
