THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26133 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise for the respondents. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.25003 of 2017 vide order, dated 27.07.2017 and the copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 25.07.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.24498/2017 and batch directing the petitioner to submit explanation to the show-cause notice within a period of one week from today and thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action and pass final orders after affording opportunity to the petitioner without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order. Till passing of final orders, the impugned order shall stand suspended. No order as to costs."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.25003 of 2017 to this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
