VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26259 OF 2023 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering online application of the petitioner vtde application No.2300556983 dated 17.07.2023, for succession/mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect ofthe agricultural land to an extent of Ac.00-24 guntas in Survey No.206/es and Ac.00-1 5 guntas in Survey No.207les situated at Velugumatla Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District.

lt is the case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the aforesaid subject lands having acquired the same from her ancestors. The name of the petitioner's mother Madiraju Annapurnamma is reflected in the revenue records. She died in the year 2003. Her name appeared in pahanies from the year 2004-05 till date. All the legal heirs/successors-in-interest entered into the family agreement dated 12.07.2023. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner submitted online application No.2300556983 dated 17.O7.2023 along with succession/joint agreement and family members agreement and requested the respondent authorities to mutate her name under succession/pouthi in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar
')- BVR,J WP.No.26259 2023 passbook in respect of the aforesaid subject lands. As there was delay in considering online application of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on online application of the petitioner.

ln view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider online application No. 2300556983, dated 17.07.2023, submitted by the petitioner for succession/mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.OO-24 guntas in Survey No. 206/e9 and Ac.00-15 guntas in Survey No.207le9 situated at Velugumatla Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
