THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.25685 of 2012 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner into MBBS/BDS Course for the academic year 2012-13 in S.V.University area, as per his merit rank in EAMCET-2012, treating him as a local candidate of S.V.University area, in the light of the law declared by this Court in W.A.No.45 of 2006 dated 24.01.2006.

A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.32732 of 2012 dated 21.08.2012 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner treating him as a local candidate in S.V.University Areas for admission into MBBS/BDS course during the academic year 2012-13 as per his rank in EAMCET-2012.

As the interim relief granted to the petitioner is, in effect, the final relief, which can be granted in the writ petition, it would suffice to make the interim order as the final order in the writ petition. It is so ordered, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
