THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40106 of 2015 ORDER :

Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that she filed appeal on 20.11.2015 before the 2nd respondent along with a stay application challenging the order dt.09.11.2015 of the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders in the stay application or in the appeal.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will disposal of the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.11.2015 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also dispose of the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.11.2015 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
