Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent.

The present revision case is filed challenging the memo dated 20.02.2018 in C.C.No.265 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool. The petitioner herein challenged the subject matter of this revision case in Crl.R.C.No.1606 of 2018. Today, the said revision case is allowed. In view of the orders passed in Crl.R.C.No.1606 of 2018, no further orders are required in the present revision case. Accordingly, the revision case is closed.
