THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22465 of 2018 ORDER:

In the present Writ Petition, challenge is to the notice bearing No.03/TPS/C1/GHMC/2018, dated 22.01.2018, issued by the respondent-Corporation under Sections 452 (1) and 461(1) of the GHMC Act, 1955.

It is evident from the perusal of the material available on record that the petitioner herein while referring to this impugned notice, filed a civil suit vide O.S.No.77 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, at Malkjagiri, Ranga Reddy District, wherein in I.A.No.61 of 2018, the said Court granted an Order of status quo. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the same is subsisting as on today.

In view of the pendency of the said suit and the reference of the impugned notice in the said suit, this Writ Petition, at this stage, cannot be entertained.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
