A.S.Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a writ petition for comprehensive prayers by including subsequent developments. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
