HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22375 of 2018 ORDER:
Complaining inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in granting pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner, basing on the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 30.06.2018. The operative portion reads as follows :- " In the above circumstances, the appeal filed by the present writ petitioner is taken on file and notice is being issued to both the parties by this office and the case will be heard and finalized basing on the merits, after giving due opportunity to both parties in accordance with provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. By referring to written instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 3rd respondent would pass orders in the appeal filed by petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) The petitioner is given liberty to file memo by enclosing a copy of this order for timely compliance of the direction issued by this Court. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
