THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITIO N No.68OO of 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A6 and A7, to quash the proceedirigs against them in C.C.No.221 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 420, 470,471 and 1208 of IPC.

Heard. Perused the record.

As seen from the record, no interim orders are passed by this Court when the case was filed. The subject C.C. is of the year 2015. The stage of the subject C.C. before the trial Court is not known. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if cause survives. if any pending in this criminal Miscellaneous applications, petition, shall stand closed.
