HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.17892 of 2004 Between:

Chareali Sudhakar & 2 others ... Petitioners And The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by the Commissioner of Land, Revenue, Hyderabad & others ... Respondents * * * HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.17892 of 2004 ORDER:

The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to allotment of pattas to the petitioners in Torruru Village and Mandal, Warangal District. Their dispute appears to be with the allotment made by the State in favour of Respondents 4 to 8.

2. A counter-affidavit was filed by the 8th respondent, as long back as in the year 2004, asserting that the allotment made in their favour had culminated in delivery of possession also. No reply-affidavit was filed by the petitioners in response thereto. Further, the State has also not chosen to file a counter-affidavit. There is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel. It is therefore clear that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition at this stage.

3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
