THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4556 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not closing the rowdy sheet No.594 opened against the petitioner in the year 2003.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the letter dated 23.02.2016 addressed to the Kandukuru Town Police Station by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kandukuru, granting permission to close the rowdy sheet No.594 opened against the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
