HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34630 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representation dated 21.09.2016, submitted by the petitioner.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj.
It is the case of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is making construction in violation of the sanctioned plan particularly without leaving the set backs as required in terms of the rules. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bringing all these aspects to the notice of the Commissioner-2nd respondent, petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.09.2016, but the 2nd respondent failed to take any action so far.
Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is for consideration and disposal of his representation dated 21.09.2016, the writ petition can be disposed of without expressing any opinion directing the 2nd respondentCommissioner to consider the representation dated 21.09.2016 submitted by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, if there is any violation committed by the 3rd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
