Smt. M. Suvarna, v. Prl.Secy., Panchayat Raj Dept., State Of T.S.,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.22423 of 2018 ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for 1st respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for 2nd respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Gram Panchayat for 3rd respondent, and Sri G. Narender Reddy, counsel for 4th respondent. None appears for respondent nos.5 and 6.
2.
The petitioners herein were granted house-site pattas on 29.05.2015, pursuant to vide G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dt.30.12.2014.
3.
They contend that the respondent nos.5 and 6 are not allowing them to make constructions in the subject land which was assigned to them in spite of assignment pattas being granted to them by the Revenue Officials.
4.
Therefore, the petitioners have to approach the competent civil court or criminal court for appropriate relief, as the case may be, against respondent nos.5 and 6.
5.
Since the petitioners have been prevented by respondent nos.5 and 6 for making constructions, the 2nd respondent shall not take any coercive steps against petitioners to cancel the assignment granted to them on 29.05.2015 on the ground that they have not made constructions of houses in the said sites allotted to them.

7.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
