This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 11.6.2010 in I.A.No.193 of 2010 in O.P. No.280 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

As per the office notice, O.P. No.280 of 2009 was disposed of in terms of the compromise between the parties on 14.7.2012. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
