ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 23.04.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.8619 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 23.04.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.8619 of 2019, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide order dated 23.12.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 23.12.2019, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
