HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6215 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Zaheerabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 463, 466, 468 and 471 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Hadnoor Police Station, Medak District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.130 of 2013 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 15.11.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
